In the name of God, amen. I, Levi Cribbs of the Township of South Mahoning in the county of Indiana and state of Penna, being of sound mind, momory, and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate and all the property real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled to at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose of in the manner following "to wit":
Item: I give and bequeath to my wife Hannah Cribbs the whole of my personal property to her own use absolutely.
Item: I give and bequeath to my Son in law John Wadding and his wife Elizabeth Jane (my daughter) all my farm on which I now reside situate in the Twp. of South Mahoning county of Indiana & state of Penna, Bounded and described as follows. adjoining lands of A. J. Beltz, Thomas Jewart, W. W. Colkitt, Baptist Scott containing seventy six acres and twenty perches to have and hold the same forever a deed for which I have properly executed. To be subject to the payment of eight hunded dollars in four equal annual payments commencing one year after the decease myself or Hannah my wife if she survive me also if my wife Hannah survive me to furnish her with a good comfortable living proper care in sickness or health.
Item: I give and bequeath to my son Henry G. Cribbs the sum of two hundred dollars.
Item: I give and bequeath to my son Mike Cribbs the sum of two hundred dollars.
Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Phebe Eyler the sum of two hundred and twenty five dollars.
Item: I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Lucinda Rankin the sum of seventy five dollars.
Item: I give and bequeath to my grand son Adam Cessna the sum of twenty five dollars.
Item: I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Charlotte Beltz the sum of fifty dollars.
Lastly I constitute and appoint my son H. G. Cribbs executor
of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I Levi Cribbs the testator have to
this my last will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this
twenty seventh day of March AD 1886.
