In the name of God Amen being in weakness of boddy (sic) I make my last will and testament I want first all my debts paid I leave & bequeath to my son William one boy horse and yoke of steers and one cow secondly leave to my wife Cathrine (P. 137) all the rest of my property her life time and at her death it is to be Williams and leave and appoint my son Cullen my executor to settle all my business this I acknowlege (sic) my last will and testament whereas I get (sic) my hand and seal this 26th of July in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty nine.
