Release   } Know all men by these presents that we Levy Cribbs and Hannah
Hannah Cribbs} his wife of Armstrong County State of Pennsylvania one of the
     To      } heirs of John Miller, blacksmith, deceased late of Hempfield
Jacob Miller } Township Westmoreland County State aforesaid for and in
-------------- consideration of the sum of four hundred and sixty seven dollars and eighty two cents lawful money of the United States to us the said Levy Cribbs and Hannah his wife by Jacob Miller well and truly paid the receipts whereof we do hereby acknowledge have revised released and forever Quit claimed and by these presents do revise release and forever Quit Claim unto the said Jacob Miller all and all manner of title or right title interest and claim we now have may might should or of right ought to have or claim of in or out of all and every part or parcel of a certain tract of land situated in Hempfield Township Westmoreland County as taken by the said Jacob Miller at the parisment? and charge with the payment of the aforesaid sum of Four Hundred and Sixty seven Dollars and Eighty two cents to us bring the same tract whenever the said Jacob Miller now resides whatsoever so as neither we Levy Cribbs Hannah his wife formerly Hannah Miller nor any person for us or in our name or names any manner of right or title or writ of action of or in the said lands tenements and have a __taments? or of or in any part or parcel thereof at any time hereafter shall or may have claim or prosecute against the said Jacob Miller his heirs or assigns in witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this Day of August AD 1859.

Armstrong County S.S.
    Before we the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said County came Levy Cribbs and Hannah his wife formerly Hannah Miller and acknowledged this release to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to law.  She the said Hannah being of lawful age and by me examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of this release being first made fully known unto her.  She did declare that she signed sealed and as her voluntary act and deed delivered the said without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28 day of February AD 1860.
